Cuidad Victoria Email From Bob

Last week I received a wonderful email from Dave, who is living in Mazatlan and he was kind enough to share his story (click here to read it).
Well, Dave isn’t the only one who has made the move to Mexico recently!
Here is yet *another* amazing email I just received from Bob Shand.
It just goes to show: more and more people are finding the beauty of living in Mexico.
Here’s what Bob has to say:
Hi Barbie, just a quick note to let you know we are here in Mexico, finally. We settled in Ciudad Victoria, Tam on the 21st of Sept. We love it.
We have a very nice two bedroom house at the end of a quiet street in the Zona Centro. $250.00/month plus electric and gas. We have a maid three days a week for about three hours for 300 pesos a week.
Please feel free to share this info with anyone who asks. This is a beautiful area and should be one of the places people who want a quite retirement might want to look into.

P.S. For those of you who may not know: Ciudad Victoria is north of Tampico. Remember the song “Tampico, Tampico, on the gulf of Mexico…Tampico, Tampico, that’s the place to go”? Another really old one 
It’s south of Laredo, Texas.
